SFS Public School was established in 2012 by the Missionaries of St. Francis de Sales, a congregation which had its origin in France. The congregation isthe embodiment of the dream and vision of the Servantof God, Fr. Peter Marie Mermier. The Missionaries of St. Francis de Sales commit themselves to the apostolate of education and one of their focus areas is an expression of their concern for total human development, inspired by gospel values. SFS Public School aims to brighten the future of its students with the “Salesian spirit of attentiveness to the individual, characterized by firmness and gentleness”, making them useful to society and helping them to become aware of their own dignity and destiny.

The School Parliament

The parliament which operates at SFS School has always provided a forum for the promotion of democratic ideals even at the school level. Every year in June/July students choose their head boy, head girl, vice head boy and vice head girl to lead the school community
